Hemant is a Commerce Graduate & Microsoft Certified Solution Developer since 2002. He looks
after the overall business strategy, management & operations at Maxpro. He is the Chief
Solution Envisioneer crafting & aligning solutions we offer. He leads the off-shore development
team(s) in India for our product development & solutions and also trains the local personnel on the
same. He is actively involved in establishing operational policies and long term business positioning in
Africa.

He has 20 years of experience in varieties of industries like Information Technology, Insurance,
Construction, Healthcare, Cosmetics, Hospitality, Logistics, and business operations thereof including
cosmetic, soap & plastic production activities.

He worked with various companies in above sectors with different positions reporting directly to
business owners & directors. He served as Microsoft Certified Trainer, Training Center Head, Site
Manager, Insurance Agent, Chief Accountant/Administrator, IT Manager and Finance/Systems
Manager. He worked with Buyline – FMCG (Luron Brand) & Clique (Hospitality Supplier) in Kenya.

As a system thinker his main passion is to understand the business environment,
people & processes deeply, and; thereby to bring lasting change with better systems
using AI, ML & iOT.
